  • Yes we do, we do not offer pick-up/takeout services. All of our orders are delivery only.

  • Yes our order minimum for standard delivery is $50.00.

  • - We accept credit, debit, cash, Apple pay, Google Pay, and digital payment methods.

  • Yes, if you would like to change your order after it’s been placed, contact us and we can help.

  • Cancellations made the same day order is placed - Full refund

    Cancellations made 7+ days from order date- Full Refund

    Cancellations made within 7 or less days of order date - Caterer keeps deposit, and remainder refunded

    Cancellations made the same day or within 24 hours or order date - 0% Refund

  • - At the moment, we are not offering tastings for general catering. To request a tasting for weddings, large events, and catering’s with a headcount of 200 or more, please contact us for more information.

  • No, Gratuity is not automatically included. We left that part up to you, to show your appreciation.

  • We deliver to the following cities:

    - Oakland

    - Berkeley

    - San Francisco

    - Richmond

    - San Leandro

    - Hayward

    - Pinole

    If your city is not listed above, we currently do not offer standard delivery services to your area. Please reach out to us (by call or message), and we can find a solution together.

  • Our products do not use ingredients that contain eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, or shellfish

    We have a number of Gluten Free menu options. With notice, we can make gluten-free substitutions. Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

  • We cant confirm or deny this claim. HOWEVER, we have noticed individuals who have tried our classic Butternut Mac, ranked 87% more attractive after doing so. Coincidence ? I think not.

  • We schedule half-hour delivery windows, so let us know what your ideal window would be (12:30 to 1:00 am or 3:30 to 4:00 pm etc.) We may arrive at any point during your scheduled 30 minute window. Our earliest window of delivery is 10:00 to 11:30 am, and our latest is 6:30 to 7:00 pm.

    Ideally the end of your delivery window should be at least 15 minutes before your guests arrive, so you have time to set up your buffet.

    When we deliver, we simply drop off the platters of ready to eat food. All you will need to do is arrange the platters, pop the lids and pour the sauces!
